About

Aoto Horiuchi received his Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Tokyo, Japan. His master’s research focused on energy management systems for industrial factories using optimization and machine learning. He joined the Secure Next Generation Resilient Systems Lab (SENTRY) as a visiting research student at KAUST, where he worked on development of a real-time power grid monitoring system using Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) and a GUI-integrated Phasor Data Concentrator (PDC).
