Summer Internships at SENTRY
SENTRY lab hosted three Saudi Summer Internship Students from US universities to collaborate on our current research projects.
About
KAUST Summer Internship programs are open to the most talented Saudi Students. We are pleased to have hosted Ali M. AlFarhan, Hadeel A. Ameen, and Yasser AlThuwaini for 8 weeks. All of them have enjoyed the full KAUST experience while participating in cutting-edge SENTRY lab research activities:
- Interactive attacker-defender decision-making for defending power systems.
- Anomaly detection using Machine Learning.
- Blockchain supporting low entropy battery-based authentication systems.
All these activities provided a satisfactory outcome. The students elaborated a paper and poster depicting the core aspects of their research and provided insight on future directions. From SENTRY lab, we truly appreciate their contribution. We are looking forward to their successful graduation and are willing to welcome them anytime in the future.
